Ohanian has always been vocal about women’s sports. Being an investor in Angel City FC, a women’s soccer club, Ohanian has always shown the prospect of investing in women’s sports to help them grow. He also pointed out the NCAA’s negligence in not giving required amenities to women’s basketball teams.

Two years ago, he spoke about the NCAA’s partial attitude toward women athletes and their disregard for promoting female players at March Madness.
