Alexandra Dulgheru mai are o pasiune. Pe lângă tenis, românca de 28 de ani iubește pictura și i-a promis Simonei Halep un cadou de zile mari, care poate veni chiar după Roland Garros.
“Am pictat înainte să joc tenis”, a spus Dulgheru, conform sport.ro. Românca a promis că o va picta și pe Simona Halep, după ce aceasta va câștiga primul ei turneu de Grand Slam.
Simona Halep a ratat până acum în trei rânduri șansa de a câștiga un turneu de Grand Slam, în 2014, 2017 la Roland Garros și în 2018, la Australian Open.
Simona Halep (26 de ani, numărul 1 WTA), Sorana Cîrstea (28 de ani, locul 34 WTA), Irina Camelia Begu (27 de ani, locul 38 WTA) și Mihaela Buzărnescu (29 de ani, locul 40 WTA) sunt jucătoarele convocate de căpitanul nejucător Florin Segărceanu și antrenoarea Alina Tecșor-Cercel.
Partida se desfăşoară după sistemul cel mai bun din cinci meciuri: primele două meciuri de simplu în ziua de sâmbătă (21 aprilie), urmând ca duminică (22 aprilie) să se dispute celelalte două meciuri de simplu și meciul de dublu.
