Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have faced challenges when it comes to their popularity in the US in recent years and now an expert has explained why.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s popularity has taken a hit following their numerous candid media appearances discussing life within the Royal Family after stepping down from their senior duties in 2020. Nile Gardiner, director of The Heritage Foundation, a Conservative think tank, has shared his thoughts on why he believes Markle and Harry have “alienated most Americans” in recent years.
Speaking to GB News, Gardiner said: “Harry and Meghan are viewed as just massive narcissists who spend all the time trashing the Royal Family.” He further added: “Most Americans really admire the Royal Family. The Queen [Queen Elizabeth II] was hugely popular with Americans, and they don’t take kindly to attacks on the Royal Family
