Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has announced plans to acquire the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) in an effort to combat what he describes as the rise of “wokeness” in mainstream media. Musk, who is known for his outspoken views on free speech and political correctness, claims that ABC’s content has become too politically biased, especially in the realm of political debates and coverage.
Musk has vowed to immediately fire debate moderators employed by the network, asserting that they have played a significant role in shaping discussions through their personal biases. He argues that, under his leadership, ABC will shift toward a more neutral approach, allowing viewers to engage in more open and unfiltered conversations without the influence of what he calls “ideological gatekeepers
